Upward trend in oil and energy markets
Istanbul, September 22 (Hibya) – International energy markets showed a predominantly upward trend during the week’s trading session. Crude oil and natural gas prices gained value, while heating oil recorded a limited decline.
US crude oil (WTI) rose 1.09 percent to $96.82 per barrel. Brent crude gained 1.16 percent and traded at $101.50.
Natural gas (NAT GAS) prices rose slightly by 0.18 percent to $2.841, while RBOB gasoline prices increased 0.16 percent to $3.4755.
Meanwhile, diesel/heating oil (ULSD HO) edged down 0.03 percent to $4.888.
