Washington, December 20 (Hibya) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Mario Morazan’s visa was revoked for undermining democracy in Honduras by obstructing the vote count.

Rubio also said that Marlon Ochoa’s visa application was denied and that steps are being taken to impose visa restrictions on another individual for undermining democracy in Honduras. “The United States will not tolerate actions that undermine our national security and the stability of our region. We will consider all appropriate measures to deter those who obstruct the vote count in Honduras,” he said.
