Foreign Minister Saidov discussed with Commissioner Sikela the current state of cooperation between the European Union and Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, both sides noted that mutually beneficial projects in areas such as trade, green transition, digitalization, regional connectivity and human capital development continue to advance rapidly.

Saidov emphasized their readiness to further strengthen strategic dialogue and deepen practical cooperation, noting that both sides are eager to jointly promote sustainable development initiatives.

The parties highlighted that these efforts will contribute to stability and prosperity both in the region and along the Europe–Central Asia corridor.
