Weel: Critical dependencies leave us vulnerable
Washington, February 3 (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel said that critical dependencies leave them economically and security-wise vulnerable.
Dutch Foreign Minister Weel traveled to Washington at the invitation of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Stating that critical dependencies make them vulnerable economically and in terms of security, Weel said: “That is why I am in Washington for a conference on critical minerals. Together with like-minded countries, we are working to enhance our supply security in the fields of energy, technology, and defense.”
