Brussels, 24 November (Hibya) – Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever stated that today's effort is tomorrow’s fruit, and that only in this way can they carry the welfare state into the future with confidence.
Belgian Prime Minister Wever emphasized that today’s effort is tomorrow’s reward, and that this is how they can confidently safeguard the future of the welfare state.
Thanks to this agreement and all the reforms implemented, Wever noted that debt growth has already been improved by 32 billion euros during the current legislative term, adding: “In the long term, the impact will be far more striking.”
Wever said, “I thank all coalition partners for the intense, courageous and absolutely necessary work they have carried out during the past period.”
