Zelensky: It is crucial for Ukraine to participate on equal footing in shaping the EU position
Kyiv, 24 November (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked European Council President Antonio Costa and shared information on the advisors' meeting in Geneva.
President Zelensky thanked Costa for his support, stating: “It is extremely important that Ukraine participates on equal footing in developing the joint EU position. We express our respect.”
Zelensky said that the meeting addressed the sides’ positions, the course of negotiations and key priorities. He added: “I informed the President about yesterday’s meeting of advisors in Geneva. The parties’ positions, negotiation dynamics and main priorities were discussed. We continue to work in good faith to ensure peace in Europe.”
