Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding Ukraine’s long-range operations.

President Zelensky said, "Today, I want to praise our warriors who once again demonstrated that Ukraine’s long-range strikes are working effectively. The distance was approximately 800 kilometers from the Ukrainian state border – the city of Kstovo, an oil refinery – the strike was confirmed. Overall, our long-range plan for May is being implemented largely as intended. The main targets are Russian oil refineries, storage facilities, and other infrastructure tied to these oil revenues. I am grateful for the additional proposals from our special services. We will act on them. We will respond."
