Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared details of his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as part of his official visit to Türkiye.

Speaking about the scope of the meeting, Zelensky said: “During our meeting in Istanbul with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we discussed not only bilateral relations between our countries, but also the situation in Europe and the Middle East. It is important that joint and coordinated actions strengthen the safety of lives and provide greater security to people around the world.”

Emphasizing that technical cooperation in the field of security will deepen, Zelensky added: “We reached an agreement on new steps in security cooperation. This primarily concerns the areas where we can support Türkiye—expertise, technology, and experience. There is strong political readiness to work together, and our teams will finalize the details in the coming days.”

Zelensky also noted that concrete steps regarding energy projects are on the agenda, concluding: “We discussed practical steps for implementing joint projects to develop gas infrastructure and opportunities for the joint development of gas fields.”
