Brekelmans: Efforts to protect military centers continue uninterrupted
Amsterdam, December 22 (Hibya) – Dutch Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans said that Dutch troops continue their air defense mission in Poland even during the holiday period.
Dutch Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans stated that the Dutch Armed Forces continue layered air defense activities in Poland during the holiday period.
Brekelmans said: “Even during the holidays, our military provides layered air defense in Poland.” He noted that Patriot, NASAMS and counter-drone systems are being used, adding that efforts to protect military centers are continuing uninterrupted.
“With Patriots, NASAMS and counter-drone systems, we are ready 24/7 to defend military centers for shipments to Ukraine,” Brekelmans said.
Referring to the motivation of the troops on duty, Brekelmans added: “We are doing this with great dedication and comradeship.”
