Zelensky: All energy facilities were damaged in the attacks
Kyiv, 22 December (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that there is not a single energy plant in the country that has not been damaged by Russian attacks, announcing that he has honored energy workers with state decorations.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that all energy plants in the country were damaged due to Russia’s attacks. Zelensky noted that every Ukrainian energy facility and energy grid currently in operation is being protected, repaired, and rebuilt by workers.
Zelensky stated that he honored employees working in the energy sector with state awards and thanked all energy companies and teams that provide and restore electricity and heat supply. He expressed his gratitude to all personnel working to keep the energy system operational.
The Ukrainian President said he is proud of the professionalism of energy workers, emphasizing that these efforts demonstrate the character of the Ukrainian people not only for Ukraine but for the entire world. Zelensky stressed that Ukraine will not bow to destruction and loss, and that everything that has been destroyed will be rebuilt.
