Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) responded to statements made by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy regarding the Strait of Hormuz.

In its statement, CENTCOM said claims that Iran controls entry to and exit from the Strait of Hormuz do not reflect reality.

The statement said, "Iran does not control the Strait of Hormuz. The international waterway remains open to maritime traffic despite threats and attacks by the Revolutionary Guard."

CENTCOM added that commercial vessels continue to transit the Strait with U.S. military support and noted that since the beginning of May, U.S. forces have assisted more than 900 ships in passing through the Strait.
