In a post on social media, Zelensky said the discussion focused on accelerating diplomatic efforts and exploring ways to bring peace closer.
Emphasizing that peace is essential, Zelensky stated, "We need a dignified peace, and Ukraine has long been ready for it."
He added that the teams would remain in close contact to continue working on the issues discussed.
Zelensky thanked Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner for their personal efforts toward achieving peace and also expressed gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump and the American people for their continued support for Ukraine.
