Dar meets Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan Toir
Islamabad, December 20 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, received Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Sherifzoda Yusuf Toir.

During the meeting, Ambassador Toir thanked Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar for the support extended to the first-ever Tajik Culture Week held in Pakistan.
Expressing Pakistan’s strong desire to further develop its multidimensional bilateral relations with Tajikistan, Dar said he looked forward to holding a series of high-level meetings with Tajikistan in 2026.
Dar also underscored the need to enhance close cooperation between the private sectors of the two countries in order to increase bilateral trade volume between Pakistan and Tajikistan to 500 million US dollars.
