Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), made a statement regarding his receiving of the African Union Nelson Mandela Prize.

Ghebreyesus said, "I am honored to receive the African Union Nelson Mandela Prize, and I accept this award on behalf of my WHO colleagues who work to help people in Africa and around the world reach the highest attainable health standard as a fundamental human right."

Ghebreyesus also congratulated the other recipients of the 2025 honor award, saying, "I congratulate the other individuals who were honored with the 2025 honor award; Nobel Peace Prize laureate and Liberia's first female president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, U.S. political, diplomatic, and human rights leader Andrew Young, and former U.S. ambassador and U.S. Institute of Peace special representative Johnnie Carson for the recognition they truly deserve."

Ghebreyesus concluded his statement with, "I am honored to be mentioned alongside these giants in the fields of international cooperation, human rights, and advancing the future of Africa."
