The Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the President of the UAE and the Emir of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will make an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on December 26, 2025, at the invitation of Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

The statement added, "This will be the first visit of the President of the UAE to Pakistan."

It was also noted that during the visit, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will be accompanied by a high-level delegation consisting of ministers and senior officials.

The statement regarding the topics to be discussed during the visit said, "During the visit, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will meet with the Pakistani Prime Minister, and the two leaders will review the entire range of bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest."
