Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

WHO Director-General Ghebreyesus said, "Protecting people from climate-related health risks is not an option; it is a legal, moral, and economic obligation for countries."

Ghebreyesus pointed out that today, up to 3.6 billion people live in areas with high climate vulnerability, and hospitals face 41% higher risks from extreme weather events compared to 1990.

The President added that the recent COP30 summit in Belem represented a global "collective effort" to integrate health actions into climate policies, drive adaptation financing, accelerate clean energy transitions, and implement the Belem Health Action Plan.

Ghebreyesus also stated that WHO would support this Action Plan and strengthen its implementation at the country level through the Transformative Action Coalition (ATACH) and other partner organizations under the WHO umbrella.
