Pavel meets with Prime Minister Babis
Prague, January 7 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel met with Prime Minister Andrej Babis to discuss foreign and security policy issues.
Czech President Pavel met with Prime Minister Andrej Babis at the traditional New Year’s dinner, noting that closer cooperation on foreign and security policy and regular information exchange were discussed.
Addressing stances on Russian aggression in Ukraine, Pavel emphasized that public statements need to align with the Czech Republic’s clear foreign policy priorities.
Pavel also conveyed that Prime Minister Babis communicated the appointment of Filip Turk as Minister of the Environment.
