New York, October 10 (Hibya) – United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres stated that one in five people affected by conflicts suffers from mental health problems.

Guterres noted that mental health is chronically underfunded, adding: “In an environment of increasing conflicts, especially in times of tragedy, we must commit ourselves to supporting the mental health of all societies.”
