Harris said the conversation took place in a warm and comprehensive atmosphere, with the two sides discussing a range of issues of mutual interest.
He added that both sides agreed to continue their discussions and plan to meet again next month on the sidelines of the G20 Finance Ministers' meeting in the United States.
