IDF: We continue humanitarian aid efforts
Jerusalem, August 5 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that since the beginning of the operation, a total of 785 humanitarian aid packages have been airdropped across the Gaza Strip by eight different countries.
The IDF stated that as part of cooperation between the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Germany, Belgium, and France, along with Israel, the IDF and the Coordination and Liaison Administration (COGAT) are continuing their operations today to improve humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip.
In the IDF's statement, it was said: "In recent hours, six different countries airdropped an additional 110 aid packages intended for civilians in the Gaza Strip. Each package contains hundreds of kilograms of food, and a total of 785 packages have been dropped since the start of the operation. The IDF will continue to work with the international community to improve humanitarian conditions in Gaza and firmly rejects the allegations of deliberate starvation."
