Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone call with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte.

Zelensky stated that over $1 billion in support from European NATO partners was secured in just two days for the purchase of American weapons. “This shows that the NSATU mechanism is working and that the decisions made at the NATO Summit in The Hague are being implemented. Mark also shared updates on ongoing work with other countries ready to join this initiative. I, in turn, briefed him on the situation in Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities under intense Russian bombardment, developments on the front line, and the needs of our defenders,” he said.
