Israeli Foreign Ministry: Türkiye chooses to provide a safe haven for Hamas
Tel Aviv, August 9 (Hibya) - The Israeli Foreign Ministry accused Ankara of providing space for terrorism, citing allegations that Hamas has moved some of its activities to Türkiye.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued a statement regarding Türkiye's stance toward Hamas.
The statement alleged that there are reports that Hamas has moved some of its covert activities, including planning and cyber operations, to Türkiye.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry described Hamas as “jihadist” and a “terrorist organization,” arguing that countries that provide terrorists with opportunities to plan, organize and recruit personnel enable terrorism.
