Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, expressed that Ukraine will need comprehensive security guarantees after the end of the war to deter Russia from resuming its aggression.

Kallas mentioned that the Coalition of Willing was established to turn plans into concrete and effective protection mechanisms and stated that the coalition leaders met today in Paris to secure these security guarantees.

Kallas further explained that, in this context, a strengthened Ukrainian army with multinational forces and support from the United States is anticipated, saying, “Our priority is to end the war. However, currently, Russia is openly and clearly rejecting peace.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that military officials from France, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine have been working in detail on force deployments, numbers, specific types of weapons, and the components of the armed forces that can operate effectively.

Zelensky stated that they already have the necessary details, adding, “We understand what each country is prepared to do among all the members of the Coalition of Volunteers. I want to thank every leader and every state that wants to be part of a peaceful solution.”

Zelensky also mentioned that they have had very extensive talks with the American side regarding monitoring to ensure peace is not violated.

Pointing out that the United States is ready to work on this matter, Zelensky said, “One of the most critical elements is deterrence; that is, tools to prevent Russia from engaging in new aggression. We see all of these.”

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez stated, “The Coalition of Volunteers discussed the security guarantee plan for Ukraine today in Paris. As a country that defends the rules-based international order, Spain should be part of this effort.”
