Luxon: First test train of Auckland’s City Rail Link launched
Wellington, August 8 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon participated in the first test run of the City Rail Link (CRL) project in Auckland. Luxon described the experience as “fantastic” and emphasized that the project is one of the largest infrastructure investments in the country’s history.
Luxon stated that CRL will transform Auckland’s transportation system, adding that such infrastructure projects not only ease travel but also pave the way for new residential and office spaces, contributing to increased employment and wages.
