Netanyahu made assessments regarding developments in Lebanon within the framework of Operation “Roar of the Lion.”

Netanyahu claimed that approximately 2,500 Hezbollah members had been neutralized during the operations, while 700 were neutralized during the ceasefire period.

The statement said that Israeli forces continue destruction operations by targeting infrastructure in areas close to residential zones.

Netanyahu stated that the army is carrying out large-scale operations on the ground, establishing checkpoints, and strengthening the security belt.

Netanyahu also said that a Hezbollah commander had been neutralized in Beirut and that new technologies against drones were being developed.

Netanyahu emphasized that the operations continue uninterrupted for the security of Israeli citizens.
