Pavel: Czech Constitutional Court restored to full strength
Prague, December 18 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel said that with the appointment of Michal Barton, the Constitutional Court has resumed operating at full capacity.
President Pavel noted that Michal Barton is the 13th constitutional judge he has appointed during his term. With this appointment, the Czech Constitutional Court has once again become fully staffed.
Pavel expressed confidence that the Constitutional Court will continue to serve as a strong and independent institution protecting the constitutional order and the rights of citizens of the Czech Republic.
