President Erdoğan met with Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, within the framework of the 25th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the People’s Republic of China, received Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, Turkey-Armenia relations were discussed within the context of steps taken towards achieving lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
President Erdoğan expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He emphasized that Turkey supports peace, stability, and development in the region and will continue to make constructive contributions to this process.
It was also reported that the meeting evaluated possible steps to enhance cooperation between Turkey and Armenia.
