Starmer sends condolence message for the Duchess of Kent
London, September 5 (Hibya) – UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer offered his condolences to King Charles III and the Royal Family following the passing of the Duchess of Kent. Starmer stated that the Duchess will be remembered for her compassion, humility, and service.

Starmer recalled that the Duchess of Kent supported Queen Elizabeth II for many years in official duties both at home and abroad. He highlighted the memorable moment when the Duchess comforted tennis player Jana Novotna during the Wimbledon Women’s Final, as well as her humble service as an anonymous music teacher in Hull, reflecting her modest character.
