Sybiha: Moscow understands only the language of pressure
Kyiv, February 17 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that Moscow understands only the language of pressure and does not take diplomacy seriously unless it is backed by force.
Sybiha stated that it is clear how much Russia disregards peace efforts, saying: “Just before the next round of talks in Geneva, a massive missile and drone attack was launched against Ukraine. The main targets were energy and civilian infrastructure.”
Emphasizing that Moscow understands only the language of pressure, Sybiha said:
“New sanctions packages are vital. Blocking the shadow fleet. Imposing bans on maritime services. Prohibiting entry into the country for those participating in Russian aggression. Only our unity and strength can end this war.”
