Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha informed his European counterparts at the European Union (EU) Foreign Affairs Council meeting about the latest situation on the front lines and the attacks targeting energy infrastructure.

Highlighting the importance of Europe’s support, Sybiha said: “In today’s geopolitical turbulence, it is important to keep Ukraine on the agenda. A dignified and lasting peace in Ukraine is the key to Europe’s new security architecture. I called on our partners to support Ukraine in achieving parity in terms of weapons and capabilities.”

Stating that they expect concrete steps regarding peace efforts and sanctions, Sybiha said: “Together with the Americans, we are preparing in the near future for the next round in a trilateral format. There is no alternative to increasing pressure on Russia. This pressure must be maintained by blocking its shadow fleet, adopting a strong 20th sanctions package, and following the American example by imposing sanctions on Lukoil and Rosneft.”

Sharing his goals for the upcoming period, Sybiha concluded his statement by saying: “I called on our partners to make 2026 a decisive year for Ukraine’s European integration and EU enlargement. This will bring peace closer, make Europe safer, and strengthen it strategically.”
