Tajani: Italy is ready to do its part
Rome, October 9 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that Italy is ready to do its part to strengthen the ceasefire, ensure the delivery of new humanitarian aid, and participate in the reconstruction of Gaza.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Tajani said that good news is coming from the Middle East and that peace is very near.
He emphasized that Italy, as a country that has always supported the U.S. plan, is ready to do its part to consolidate the ceasefire, ensure the arrival of new humanitarian aid, and participate in Gaza’s reconstruction. Tajani added, “If an international peacekeeping force is established with the goal of reunifying Palestine, we are also ready to send troops.”
