Zakharova: Do not believe lies, believe only facts
Moscow, December 13 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman M.V. Zakharova made a statement regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and possible ceasefire initiatives.
Zakharova said, “Today’s agenda is not about achieving a new ceasefire that the Kyiv regime will violate again. First and foremost, the root causes of the conflict must be eliminated.”
She also noted that the Ukrainian authorities are attempting to set the agenda with claims of “Ukrainian children abducted by Russia,” emphasizing that Russia always adheres to protecting the rights and interests of minors.
Zakharova called on the international public “not to believe lies and to trust only facts.”
