Herzog: We have a historic opportunity to rescue the hostages in Gaza
Jerusalem, May 15 (Hibya) – Israeli President Isaac Herzog stated that there is a “critical and must-not-be-missed opportunity” to rescue Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
Speaking at an event at the Presidential Residence on the occasion of International Nurses Day, Herzog called on the government and all relevant parties to take action.
“We have an opportunity to save lives, and we must seize it. We must walk the remaining distance and take the final step,” said Herzog. He emphasized that returning the hostages comes at a price, but that price must be paid.
