London, May 15 (Hibya) – UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer stated that the country’s economy has become the fastest-growing among the G7 nations, noting that the government’s “Change Plan” has begun to show its effects.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the UK now holds the position of the fastest-growing economy in the G7, and that the government's “Change Plan” is starting to bear fruit.
He emphasized that since July, interest rates have been cut four times, and wage increases have outpaced inflation, pointing to improvements in economic indicators.
“I know this crisis isn’t over,” Starmer said. “We will do more and do it faster for working people.” He added that the government's priority is to improve public welfare and to spread economic gains across broader segments of society.
