Kallas, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, stressed that the war in Gaza is becoming increasingly dangerous with each passing hour.
She noted that the EU’s priorities include providing humanitarian assistance, including access for civil society organizations, achieving an immediate ceasefire, and releasing the remaining hostages, adding: “If a military solution were possible, the war would have ended long ago.”
