Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

During her official visit to Hanoi, Minister Shaheen held significant bilateral meetings with Minister Le Hoai Trung. The discussions covered the enhancement of relations between the two countries, strengthening people-to-people ties, and exploring opportunities for cooperation across various fields.

Shaheen expressed appreciation for Vietnam’s principled and consistent support on international platforms, noting that the two countries share a common vision based on respect for international law and the pursuit of a just peace.

She welcomed Vietnam’s commitment to the two-state solution, its support for the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, and its sustained contributions to UNRWA. Shaheen stated that the deep ties between the two peoples form the basis of a sustainable partnership and proposed establishing a joint ministerial committee to advance bilateral relations.

Minister Le Hoai Trung said they were pleased to welcome the Palestinian delegation, emphasizing that Palestine holds a special place in the hearts of the Vietnamese people. He highlighted the shared history of struggle for freedom and self-determination, which he said forms a solid foundation for strengthening future cooperation.

Trung affirmed Vietnam’s continued support for Palestine in international arenas and its readiness to expand bilateral relations in various sectors.

At the conclusion of the meetings, the two countries signed an agreement granting visa exemption for diplomatic passport holders.
