Relations between Uzbekistan and South Korea are being enhanced
Tashkent, 26 November (Hibya) – Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Lee Wook-Heon, the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov hosted Special Envoy Lee Wook-Heon in Tashkent, discussing the current state and future prospects of the special strategic partnership between the two countries.
Saidov noted that relations between Uzbekistan and South Korea have steadily developed across various fields over the past decades.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that promising and mutually beneficial joint projects have given new momentum to bilateral cooperation. The parties also reviewed the schedule of upcoming activities and stressed the importance of more active cooperation to fully realize the existing potential.
Saidov stated that the special strategic partnership between the two nations has gained new dynamism.
