Russia Shot Down 141 Ukrainian Drones Overnight
Moscow, December 25 (Hibya) - Russian air defense forces announced that they shot down 141 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory overnight.
According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, "From 23:00 Moscow time on December 24 to 07:00 Moscow time on December 25, air defense alarm systems detected and destroyed 141 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones."
The statement noted that Russian military personnel destroyed 62 drones in Bryansk region, 12 in Tula region, 11 in Kaluga region, and 9 in Moscow region. Additionally, 8 drones were destroyed in Adygea, 7 in Krasnodar region, 6 in Crimea and Rostov region, 5 in Belgorod and Voronezh regions, and one drone over the Sea of Azov. Four drones were destroyed in Kursk region, and one in Volgograd region.
According to the Krasnodar region emergency response team, after the drone attack at Temryuk port, two oil tanks caught fire. No one was injured.
