Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha thanked Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys for his statement and for Lithuania’s support for Ukraine.

Noting that close cooperation with the United States and other countries continues in order to offer real solutions to end the war and secure lasting peace, Sybiha said, “Meanwhile, Russia continues with the same ruthlessness to try to sabotage these efforts by resorting to the only method it has left—brutal terror.”

Emphasizing that nothing done so far represents the limit of what can be done, Sybiha added:

“We have the power and capacity to intensify pressure on Russia, strip it of its ability to wage war, and strengthen Ukraine.”
