Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna announced that two civilians were killed in Russia’s attack on Dnipro and that a humanitarian aid warehouse belonging to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was destroyed.

Drawing attention to the humanitarian dimension of the attack and the destruction it caused, Minister Tsahkna stated, "Russia has once again openly demonstrated its disregard for human life."

Emphasizing the steps that the international community should take, Tsahkna said, "This aggression cannot go unanswered. Russia must be held fully accountable, and the international community must intensify pressure while developing concrete accountability mechanisms."

Foreign Minister Tsahkna reiterated his call for sanctions and justice, concluding his statement with the words, "The aggressor must pay the price for its actions."
