Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

In a post on Sunday, Trump wrote: “We will give you a place to stay, but far from the Capital.” The Republican president also postponed a Monday press conference at which he was to present his plan to make the city “safer and more beautiful than ever before.”

Washington’s Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser said: “We are not experiencing an increase in crime rates.”

Last month, Trump signed an executive order making it easier to arrest homeless people, and last week he ordered federal law enforcement officers to patrol the streets of Washington DC.

On Sunday, Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth Social: “The homeless must be moved immediately.”

“We will give you a place to stay, but far from the Capital. Criminals, you don’t have to move. We will put you where you belong — in jail.”

Alongside photos of tents and trash, he added: “There will be no ‘Mr. Nice Guy.’ We want our Capital back. Thank you for your interest in this matter!”

The details of the president’s plan remain unclear, but in a 2022 speech he suggested relocating homeless people to “high-quality” tents on cheap land outside cities, with access to toilets and medical professionals.
