Kyiv, February 12 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding the attacks carried out by Russia on the country. Zelensky said that the main target of the attack was the energy infrastructure in Kiev, Odessa, and Dnipro.
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that repair and first-response teams have been working since last night in the areas where the Russian attacks occurred.
Zelensky pointed out that during the night, 219 attack drones, mostly of the "Shahed" type, and 25 missiles, 24 of which were ballistic, were launched, and most of them were successfully intercepted, but unfortunately, not all of them. So far, two people have been reported dead. My condolences to their families and loved ones. More than ten people have been injured,” Zelensky said.
Zelensky said that the main target of the attack was the energy infrastructure in Kiev, Odessa, and Dnipro, and that production facilities and transformer stations were targeted.
He also mentioned that damage occurred in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kiev, and Kherson regions. "In Kramatorsk, a drone attacked the State Emergency Services building. The situation in the capital is difficult, and many buildings still have no heating," Zelensky said.
