Albares: We support Ukraine in every possible way
Madrid, January 26 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, stated that Spain will continue to support Ukraine’s energy infrastructure under Russian attacks.
Spain’s Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares spoke about Spain’s position regarding the energy crisis Ukraine faces during the winter months and Russia’s attacks on infrastructure.
Stressing that assistance will continue, Albares said: “In the face of unacceptable Russian attacks, Spanish assistance to strengthen Ukraine’s energy system will continue, ensuring that Ukrainians have access to electricity and heating.”
Emphasizing Spain’s commitment to the peace process, Albares added: “We support Ukraine in every possible way to achieve a just and lasting peace.”
