Brekelmans: Russia is using hybrid strategies
Amsterdam, 11 December (Hibya) – Dutch Defence Minister Ruben Brekelmans said that Russia is using hybrid strategies to destabilize societies.
Dutch Defence Minister Brekelmans stated that Russia is employing hybrid strategies with the aim of destabilizing their societies.
He noted that by providing support to the affected countries, strengthening close cooperation across Europe, and sharing information and best practices, they can act more effectively. Brekelmans added, “We must effectively protect ourselves against these threats.”
