Brussels, January 3 (Hibya) – President of the European Council Antonio Costa said he is following the situation in Venezuela with great concern.
President of the European Council Antonio Costa stated that he is following developments in Venezuela with great concern. Costa said that the European Union is calling for de-escalation and for a solution to be found with full respect for international law and the principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter.
Costa said: “The European Union will continue to support a peaceful, democratic, and inclusive solution in Venezuela.”
