Costa: We want to make 2026 a year of progress for Serbia
Brussels, 13 January (Hibya) – President of the European Union Council Antonio Costa held a telephone conversation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
EU Council President Costa held a phone call with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
Stating that the latest status of Serbia’s EU accession process was discussed during the call, Costa said: “We reviewed the work carried out in 2025 and discussed the next steps.”
Costa added that they want 2026 to be a year of progress for Serbia.
