Rasmussen: Iran’s brutal crackdown on public protests is unacceptable
Copenhagen, 13 January (Hibya) – Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen reacted to the repression imposed by Iranian authorities on the public continuing the protests.
Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen emphasized that the repression carried out by Iranian authorities against public protests is unacceptable.
Stating that Iran’s chargé d’affaires was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rasmussen said: “The EU has already imposed comprehensive sanctions against Iran, and Denmark is ready to take further steps.”
