Fiala: Ukraine must have a battle-ready army and strong security guarantees
Prague, 11 December (Hibya) – Former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala emphasized that Ukraine must have a battle-ready army and sufficiently strong security guarantees.
Former Czech Prime Minister Fiala expressed hope that peace negotiations on Ukraine would soon enter their final stage.
Fiala stated that it is clear Ukraine needs a war-ready army and strong security guarantees, adding: “Only then can lasting peace be achieved.”
He also stressed that he hopes the Czech Republic will remain an active member of the Volunteers’ Coalition; otherwise, decisions will be made without the participation of Czechia.
