Zelensky stated that emergency response efforts are ongoing following a drone attack by Russia in Kharkiv.

He noted that an energy facility, a fully civilian target, was hit. “Russia is doing what it always does. While everyone expects a ceasefire and direct negotiations, Russia responds with new attacks. That’s why pressure is vital.”

“Today, we presented Ukraine’s position in detail to all our partners. We thank them for their support,” he said.

Zelensky emphasized that calls for a permanent and unconditional ceasefire are always meaningful: “Calls for direct negotiations at the highest level are equally important. In Russia, the person who decides everything is Putin.”
