Jetten: We aim to accelerate housing construction
Amsterdam, May 18 (Hibya) - Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten announced that cooperation will be carried out with local authorities and sector representatives to solve the housing shortage.
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten made a statement regarding the housing crisis in the country.
Prime Minister Jetten stated that the construction of more affordable housing is one of the government’s top priorities.
Stating that they are working together with local authorities, housing cooperatives, and market actors to accelerate housing construction, Jetten said, “More affordable housing is one of the cabinet’s biggest priorities. We are addressing this with a special task force that cooperates with local authorities, housing construction cooperatives, and market actors; in this way, we aim to remove obstacles and accelerate housing construction.”
